Ok, so you’ve gone through all of the basic information for getting yourself set up, you’ve practiced the breathing exercises and starting using the Wild Movement exercise to get into your body and get in tune with your energy. Now you’re finally ready for what you REALLY came here for. It’s time to do some sex magic!

(if you haven’t done all of those things then what are you doing here?! Go back and do the prep work, your sex spells will be way more powerful for it)

This exercise is the most basic form of solo sex magic but don’t let the simplicity of it fool you, spells done in this way can be surprisingly potent!Getting this basic form of sex magic down before moving on to more complex forms (which you can learn about when the Level 2 course comes out!) will help you move into those more difficult types of magic without any trouble. You’ll have all of the groundwork laid and you’ll be ready to tackle spells with a bit more complexity.

To begin, set up your space the way you like and always start with a few minutes of breathing. Either the gentle breath or the breath of fire will work, choose whichever one you feel is going to benefit you the most. After that, do a bit of wild movement to connect into your body and get in tune with your energy. Remember, this kind of magic is about doing what feels good! If what feels good today is gentle breathing and stretching then do that. If the fire breath and dancing your heart out feels good then do THAT. Listen to your body and do what it’s asking for.

After you’ve gotten all of your breathing and moving in, it’s time to get down to business. Casting spells with sex is actually much easier than you might think, especially if you’ve taken the time to set up and connect with yourself properly. All you’re going to do is decide on an intention. This intention can be whatever you want but since this is a primarily energy based form of magic, it’s best to keep your intention phrased in the positive form.

Setting an intention in the positive form means focusing on what you DO want, not what you don’t. What you focus on in magic like this is what you get more of. Want to lose weight? Don’t focus on how out of shape you feel and don’t focus on how much you don’t want to be overweight. Focus, instead on getting healthier, focus on gaining vitality, comfort in your body, and beauty. Focus on all the results you want from losing weight, NOT the things you don’t like about your current weight.

Likewise, if you want to manifest a new job, don’t think about how much you don’t like your current job! Focus on how good it’s going to feel to find that new job, how happy you’ll be, and what things about that new job you’re going to love!

Ok, so now you’ve got your intention set, it’s framed in the positive, it’s time to get down to business (yes, I mean masturbating). Go have fun and give yourself a great orgasm. You do NOT have to keep your intention in mind while you do so (talk about a mood killer), setting your intention before you start is more than enough. Many people find that when doing this kind of magic, their intention flashes back into their mind as they’re orgasming and they can physically feel their orgasmic energy rushing to fulfill their intent. It can be really intense!

And that’s it! Once you’ve had your orgasm, the spell is cast. I know this might seem almost TOO easy but the insane amount of energy produced by an orgasm is easily redirected to whatever intent you choose. You’re already creating and moving the energy in huge amounts during sexual activity as it is quite natural to simply nudge the energy in the direction you choose.

When you’ve finished, take your time coming out of your blissful state. Take a moment to stretch, breathe deeply, and bask in the pleasure of the moment. When you’re ready you can begin to tidy up, put away anything you got out for the ritual, and return to your normal state of being.
