I want you to do the belief practice again today. Remember that repetition is EVERYTHING with this practice and the more you do it, the more effective it becomes.
Think carefully about what desires you really want to manifest today. Why do you want that thing? What is it that you hope to gain by having it? Do you really feel connected to that desire or is it simply the first thing that came to mind?

- What limiting beliefs or fears tell you that you can’t have that?
- Is this the ultimate truth? Reframe each story or belief to support the reality you want to shift into.
